90 Day Return To Base Warranty

Unless otherwise stated this item comes with our standard 90-day warranty. If you are experiencing problems with your item within this period, please contact us first to discuss options as me may be able to rectify the problem without return. In the unfortunate event you have to return the item to us for repair, simply return the item to use with an accompanying letter stating your name, user ID, return address, telephone number and a description of the fault. We will repair or replace accordingly. Please note items sold for spares or repair, faulty/not working do not come with any further warranty or return.

Return Shipping Costs

The buyer is responsible for the return shipping cost, we will not refund you these costs. Please return goods via recorded delivery only. If goods are not sent back to us by recorded delivery and/or in case the goods are lost or not received, we cannot be held responsible for any loss sustained. If you are returning a very expensive item we advise you to send the product via a courier company or a Royal Mail service with extended insurance so you are adequately covered should the item be lost or damaged in transit. In the case a buyer fails to accept delivery of the item and it is sent back to us, they will be responsible for the added cost of re-shipping the item.

Unfortunately, laptop batteries are not part of our warranty and stated test times are approximate and will vary depending on use.

We use DPD Local next working day delivery and Royal Mail, all our items will be well packed and dispatched as fast as possible.

Non-UK Bidders

We now offer international deliveries through the global shipping program, available in many countries a service by which we ship your item to a local Global Shipping centre, then arrange to deliver the goods to your non-UK address. Same day collection is available from our store in Telford, however, you will be required to purchase the item through first as per ?s policy.

If Your Order Does Not Arrive

We are regulated by Royal Mail's terms & conditions and they require a waiting time of 15 working days for the UK, 28 working days for the EU Please note Saturday and Sunday is not a working day. For other couriers, please contact us.

We understand the frustration that a delayed or lost item can cause but unfortunately, we cannot take any action until this time has passed. If you choose not to comply with our rules and peruse a refund by other means, regrettably you will be reported to and unable to make any future purchases through our store.

Can I collect the item?

A collection is welcome, though due to ?s policy the purchase will have to be made through prior to collection. Cash / Card is available in store. Please contact us to arrange a time and date, please note in some cases a clear 24 hours notice required.

Can I return my item if I'm unhappy with it?

We offer a 14-day money back guarantee (starting the moment you sign for your parcel) excluding any postage costs. After 14 days your item will be repaired or replaced only.

What does a Tested & Working battery mean?

Unfortunately, we are unable to offer any warranty on batteries. Our testes are based on average use and are a guide only and may vary depending in use.

How long do I have to pay for my item I have won?

Although we prefer our customers to pay instantly, we do allow 3 days maximum for payment. If payment has not been made within 3 days, an item dispute will be raised and the transaction will be cancelled. At this point, the item will be re-listed. Only in special circumstances will you be able to re-purchase your unit. Please note that paying late for your item may cause a delay in delivery times

If my laptop turns faulty and is still under warranty, can I get it repaired myself?

Your warranty is with EIS Group only and has to be returned to us for repair. Unfortunately, we cannot cover any costs for any 3rd party repair work undertaken on your item should you wish to have it repaired elsewhere.

If I need a replacement part instead of a replacement unit what do I do?

We will more than happily send replacement parts to you to save having to send the unit back for repair, however, we will only do so upon receipt of the faulty part. (Buyer responsible for return postage fees of a faulty part under Return To Base warranty agreement.)

Will the laptop I receive have a UK Keyboard?

All keyboards will be UK layout unless otherwise stated.
